Mahindra and Mahindra electric segment is growing fast and to grow it faster company has launched XEV 9S on 27 November 2025 in a Scream Electric event in Benagaluru.
XEV 9S is going to be first 7 seater class based on INGO architecture which provides light weight modular skate board for maximum space and comfort inside the vehicle.
The EV is powered by 2 Battery pack which provides motor output of 210Kw and 380Nm of torque.Battery provides a range of 500 plus km in single charge and capable of charging 20-80% in 20 minutes.Battery characteristics include high voltage safety,water leakage,thermal and vibration protection withlife time warranty for first time owner.
The dashboard of EV is kept simple which gives a royal look.XEV 9S comprises of three 12.3″ screen high resolution display for navigation,information and entertainment purpose.One of the screen will be in front of co-passenger.
The glass roof of the EV is moulded with advanced antiglaze technology which provides 99.5% UV filtration.The company is providing BYOD system for rear passenger to mount their digital devices in given holder.EV also has a very good boot space.
Now.on safety XEV 9S has 2ADAS system which includes 5 radars and 12 ultrasonic sensors for safe and comfortable drive.Company has also given 7standard airbags and auto parking system for hassle free parking.
Last but not the least XEV 9S is fitted with Harmon Kardon sound system for pleasant music experience.
